A long long time ago Liis-Marii told me that she would really much like to go photo-shooting with me and listen to my "words of wisdom". At that time I told her that I would be happy to do so but I didn't have any time that moment. So we agreed to go but postponed. From time to time she kept reminding me my promise, so once I had some time (after several months) we sat a date. Actually I was kind of selfish as I wanted to do some pictures for my job and I thought I'd combine the two. I even made a plan what wisdom and how I'd share and what kind of pictures to make, but plans never work out as they should. It was around -20 degrees and I decided we could go to the botanical gardens first and then to some other places. We stayed in the gardens for so long that we didn't have any time to go to the places I initially planned - only went on a short walk on the freezed river. I didn't get the pictures I wanted and I think that the transfer of wisdom wasn't a success either. Still, I loved the model, the sunny day and the pictures I got (even though they weren't the ones I needed) and I think that I'm a lot better teacher now. I always get nervous when I have to teach somebody something even if it's a close friend. By the way - if your planning to stay outside in -20 deg and dress accordingly, don't go to the botanical gardens.
